The subscription price gets your attention, but the transaction fee is what shows up on every single sale. Every Arketa Individual plan charges a 3% transaction fee on top of Stripe’s standard processing (2.9% + $0.30 in the US). Arketa’s own pricing page confirms it, and studio customers are told to discuss fee options with their Account Executive.
OfferingTree works differently. Our Pro and Pro Plus individual plans and every studio plan charge 0% in additional transaction fees. You pay standard payment processing and nothing extra to us. Only our lowest-priced Essentials plan carries a transaction fee, and we say so right on the pricing page.

The white-label app is an add-on feature customized just for your business. While the client app allows users to book with any business on our platform, the white-label app is genuinely yours. We build it exclusively around your brand, so when clients open it up, there are no additional steps to access your services.
How do I switch without disrupting my business?
You don’t have to figure it out alone. After you sign up, you’ll work with a dedicated account manager to map out your migration. We help with memberships, packages, credit cards, client data, all of it. We’ve done this hundreds of times with nearly every provider out there. Most migrations take one day to four weeks depending on how quickly we can pull data from your current software. And you can meet with our team as many times as you need before going live.
