Mindbody’s approach is at least a partial disclosure. Seventy-nine dollars a month per location buys Starter: booking, payments, a marketplace listing, basic reporting. Everything above that is a conversation, and per their own FAQ, your real total is the base plan plus add-ons plus transaction-related fees tied to payments, texts, certain integrations, and new clients who find you through the Mindbody app. A floor with no ceiling.

Momence doesn’t offer the floor. As of July 2026, the pricing page presents a contact form. Completing it leads to scheduling a meeting.
