Holly LeBon is the founder of Banyan Soul Yoga, a community-driven yoga and wellness studio with two locations in Martin County, Florida, just north of West Palm Beach. hat started as one practitioner’s leap into studio ownership has grown into a multi-studio operation offering everything from yin and restorative to hot vinyasa, barre, and kundalini, with a third location focused on functional training already in the works.

Holly has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She spent the first seven as a student, then trained as an instructor, taught for nearly a decade, and finally opened her first studio in November 2023. She works full time outside the studio, which means every hour she spends running Banyan Soul has to count.

  I have an entrepreneurial spirit,” she says. “I always wanted to open my own business. And yoga studio is just where my passion was.

Today, Holly manages 22 instructors across two locations, runs 6–8 classes a day, and is preparing to open a third space while launching virtual classes and a new in-studio social club. The challenge

Finding yoga studio software that does it all

Holly always had her eye on commercial real estate. She’d walk past empty storefronts and think about what she could do with them. When she finally locked in on yoga, she started looking for the right space. It took a while. She’d find somewhere and call her husband, and he’d pass. Then she found a space that was bigger and pricier than she’d planned for.

The results

From break-even to multi-studio growth

Holly opened Banyan Soul Yoga in November 2023 with OfferingTree powering the whole operation. Two years later, she has two locations, 22 instructors, and a schedule running 6–8 classes a day.

The financial progress has been real. For a long time, Holly was personally subsidizing the studio, putting in roughly $5,000 a month to keep it afloat. About six months before this conversation, that changed.

For a seasonally driven Florida studio that slows down every summer, getting to that point represents a meaningful shift.

Holly is building something: a business, a community, a space where people walk in nervous and leave feeling like they belong.

“I’m really happy with what I’ve got,” she tells them. 

And when they compliment her website, she makes a point of saying where it came from.

  They’re like, ‘Yeah, we looked at your website, it’s really great.’ And I’m like, yeah, that’s OfferingTree. I’m not leaving that.

For Holly, the value isn’t just in what the software does. It’s in what it doesn’t make her do. She’s not logging into four different platforms. She’s not paying a developer to update her site. She’s not stuck on hold with enterprise support trying to get a basic question answered. She’s building something — a business, a community, a space where people walk in nervous and leave feeling like they belong.

  The feedback that I get from the students and the teachers — the thank yous, the ‘I love this place, I love this studio, I love your teachers’ — that to me is what it’s about.
