Do I need to be a content creator to join?

Not at all! While some Heroes love creating content, others prefer answering questions in online communities or participating in product feedback. There are multiple ways to be a Hero, and you can choose what works for you.

How much time do I need to commit?

It’s flexible! Some Heroes spend just 30 minutes a month, while others dedicate a few hours. We ask for at least one authentic participation per month, but life happens and we understand if you need to skip a month.

Is there a cost to join?

Nope! The Heroes Program is completely free. You’re volunteering your time and passion, and in return, you get exclusive access, resources, and the opportunity to influence the product.

Can I participate if I'm not in the United States?

Absolutely! We welcome Heroes from around the world. Our monthly calls are recorded if you can’t attend live, and you can participate in the Slack community anytime.

What if I want to stop participating?

No problem! This is a volunteer program, and you’re free to step back whenever you need to. Just let us know so we can move you to alumni status. You can always rejoin later!

How do you track participation?

We have a simple Hero Activity Form where you can submit what you did each month. It takes less than a minute to fill out. This helps us celebrate your contributions and keep track of who’s active.
