New Family Membership Options
Membership, Now for the Whole Family!
For business on the Pro Plus plan or any of the Studio Plans, we're making it easier than ever to have your memberships be shared within a family our household with two new membership types:
- Shared adult memberships: Perfect for couples or partners who want to share membership benefits
- Child memberships with parent management: Parents can easily manage their children's memberships and bookings

Register on Behalf of Others

Register on behalf of someone else both on the public checkout flow and the Point-of-Sale. This means clients can register a guest or child without having to register themselves. As a business, you can do this on the Point-of-Sale as well.
Saved Credit Cards Now Auto-Capture on All Purchases

Now when a client registers for a class, purchases a package or store item, their credit card is automatically saved for future use.
This allows for:
- Easier package or membership purchases later
- Charging late fees or no-shows if needed
No extra steps required.
Streamlined Waiver & Payment Processing

We've just released two new features to help you better manage in-person transactions and paperwork.
- Mark Waivers as Signed Offline Handle paper waivers with ease. You can now log in-person signatures directly in your account, ensuring every customer's waiver status is up-to-date and stored in one central location. See the Waivers Help Article for step-by-step guidance on this.
- Backdate Offline Payments Keep your financial reporting flawless. When you receive a cash or check payment, you can now record it with the actual date it was received, not just the date you entered it. This makes reconciling your books simpler than ever.
