Navigating Year End with Greater Intention and Ease:
A Special Session for Wellness Practitioners
with Dr. Alex Haley
The end of year can feel overwhelming for wellness practitioners – managing holiday schedules, supporting clients through seasonal stress, and trying to care for yourself all at once. This session offers you permission to pause, restore, and resource yourself during one of the busiest times of year.
Join Dr. Alex Haley, co-founder of OfferingTree, Director of Programs at Dharma Ground, and assistant professor at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality & Healing, for a practical session combining mindfulness-based approaches, interoceptive awareness techniques, and cognitive science research. Whether you join live or watch the replay, this practice is designed to support your wellbeing and can be returned to whenever you need grounding and renewal.
In this session, you’ll experience:
- Guided meditation practice for nervous system regulation
- Interoceptive awareness techniques
- Practical skills to restore your capacity during demanding times
- Strategies to show up for yourself and your students as the year closes
Walk away with practices you can return to whenever you need grounding and renewal, helping you navigate not just year end, but any busy or demanding period in your wellness business.
