What will we cover on the demo?
The demo is your time to ask questions and determine if OfferingTree is the right fit for you and your business. We will have some general questions, but the demo is intended to focus on you and your needs. Learn how OfferingTrees features can help you accomplish your goals, see the software in action, and ask about what pricing plan is best for you. The first meeting is 30 minutes, but you are welcome to book as many follow-up meetings as you need to determine what’s best for you.
I’m worried about switching software. What is the process?
We understand you need to have a smooth transition so there are no costly disruptions to your business. We’ve handled hundreds of migrations from almost every provider, so you are in safe hands. After you sign up for OfferingTree, you’ll meet your dedicated account manager to go over the migration process and build your migration plan. If you have memberships and packages, credit card data, client data, and registration data that need to be migrated, that will be part of the onboarding plan. It can take anywhere from one day to 4 weeks for the entire process. Usually, what takes the longest is gaining access to data from your current provider, especially credit card information. You can meet with the migration team as often as needed until you feel comfortable “flipping the switch”.
What is the cost of the data migration?
Migration is free with OfferingTree Studio Plans. Believe it or not, sometimes your current provider will charge you to get your data, so you may need to budget for that. We also try to eliminate any downtime you will have during the transition, and any existing memberships or auto-renewals will seamlessly be billed on schedule.
