How a Yoga Studio Launched in 6 Weeks and Grew to 2 Locations
Holly LeBon had six weeks to open Banyan Soul Yoga. See how she launched her website, booking, and payments herself and grew to two locations.

See Holly's story

Six weeks to open, and no software to run any of it on
- She signed in mid-September and opened in November, leaving roughly six weeks to build a website, set up scheduling, and start taking payments
- She was doing all of it around a full-time job, with pressure to generate revenue from opening day
- She ruled out Mindbody early, finding it expensive and clunky for an independent studio
- She looked at WellnessLiving, Walla, and others, but none of them covered everything she needed in one place
- Stitching together separate tools for the website, bookings, marketing, and payments was not realistic on that timeline or that budget
One platform from website to payments, plus a community she did not expect
- Holly kept encountering OfferingTree through affiliates, demos, and online wellness communities. She signed up, did a demo, and started building
- She launched on the Studio Max plan with the website, booking, marketing, and payments all in one place
- She is not a technical person, and got past the learning curve without help
- Support responded almost immediately when she hit a snag, sometimes with a link and sometimes with a scheduled call to walk it through live
- She found a real community of studio owners working through the same problems she was

User-Friendly Website Builder
Holly built the site herself in the weeks before opening, with no developer. Students still compliment it, and she makes a point of saying where it came from.

Bookings & Payments
Scheduling and payments were live for opening day, and now carry six to eight classes a day across two locations under one account.

Smart Marketing Tools
Marketing runs from the same platform as her bookings, so promoting classes never meant logging into a separate tool or paying an agency.

Studio Community & Coaching Calls
The coaching calls became where Holly brings real questions: how to handle a difficult client, how to structure pricing, what to say when students ask for free classes. She stopped paying an outside business coach and has not gone back.

From subsidizing the studio to breaking even, with a third location in planning
- The website and booking platform were fully built and live in time for opening day
- Holly went from personally putting roughly $5,000 a month into the business to breaking even, with cash flow starting to build
- Banyan Soul now runs six to eight classes a day across two locations with 22 instructors, all under a single OfferingTree account
- She replaced a paid business coach with OfferingTree's free coaching calls and has not felt the need to go back
- A third location focused on functional training is in planning, alongside virtual classes and a new midday social club concept
