Best Pilates software with a built-in website
Most Pilates software doesn't include a website. See which of 7 platforms bundle one, which charge extra, and how much it costs.

Two bills are due in the same week: one from your booking software, one from Squarespace. That's usually the moment you realize that “all-in-one” didn't mean what it sounded like.
Most all-in-one Pilates platforms don't actually include a website. They include a booking widget you embed into a site you still have to build, host, and pay for somewhere else.
Of the seven Pilates studio platforms compared here, OfferingTree is the only one that includes a self-serve website builder on every plan. Mindbody now includes a website too, but its team builds it for you rather than handing you a page editor. Arketa bundles a self-serve builder only at its top-tier Studio Suite plan, priced on request. Momence, Walla, WellnessLiving, and Vagaro all treat the website as either a separate paid add-on or a booking widget for a site you build and host elsewhere.
The seven platforms in detail
Here's the short answer for all seven, before getting into the details.
| Platform | Website included? | Solo starting price | Studio starting price | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OfferingTree | Included, every plan | $26/mo on an annual plan | $100/mo | No website charge at any tier, use the builder or integrate your own site |
| Arketa | Included, top tier only | $49/mo | Pricing isn't published | Website builder ships only with the Suite plan |
| Mindbody | Included, every plan | $79/mo per location | $79/mo per location | Done-for-you site, built by Mindbody's team, not a self-serve editor |
| Momence | Not included | Pricing isn't public. | Pricing isn't public | Embeds into an existing site; no design control |
| Walla | Paid add-on | Core $299/mo per location | Pro $599/mo per location | Website costs $199/mo extra with a 3-month minimum, or $2,800 one-time |
| WellnessLiving | Paid add-on | Starter is $69/mo | $199/mo | "Presence" site is an add-on on every tier |
| Vagaro | Paid add-on | $23.99/mo | $34-$90/month with one location | "MySite" is free to build, $20/mo once published |
How we evaluated this
The pricing and website-inclusion status above came from each software’s own pricing and website pages, plus OfferingTree's previously published, dated comparisons of these same platforms, linked throughout and rooted in the Pilates studio software buyer's guide. We checked these figures in 2026, and SaaS pricing changes often, so confirm directly with a vendor before signing anything.
OfferingTree publishes this article and also sells a competing product. That doesn't change the finding that it's the only platform here with a self-serve website builder at every plan tier, but every claim still deserves a second check against the vendor's own pricing page.
What "includes a website" actually means
A software’s "website" can mean four different things, and pricing pages rarely spell out which one you're getting: a builder you design yourself, a site the platform's team builds for you, a booking widget you embed into a site you already have, or a website sold as a separate add-on with its own fee once you publish it. Which one you get determines how many bills you're paying and how much control you have.

OfferingTree includes a full, self-serve website builder on every plan: design pages, host them, and run booking and payments through one subscription. Mindbody also includes a website on every plan, but it's done-for-you rather than DIY. Mindbody's team builds it from your logo and brand colors and connects a free domain, but there's no page editor for you to touch afterward. Momence instead offers a booking widget or embed, a snippet you drop into a website you build and host somewhere else: two products, two invoices, even when one shows as free.
| OfferingTree | Mindbody | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | $26/mo | $79/mo |
| Who builds it | You, self-serve | Mindbody's team, done-for-you |
| Time to launch | Build at your own pace | 3–5 days to 2–3 weeks |
| When you can make changes | Anytime | Quarterly review cycle |
The fourth arrangement is a website sold as a paid add-on: WellnessLiving, Walla, Vagaro, and Arketa below its top tier. Arketa is the clearest example, since its self-serve builder only ships with the Studio Suite plan, not the $49-a-month Individual plan, and Suite pricing is available on request rather than listed publicly, so "Arketa includes a website" and "Arketa includes a website at its top tier, for a price you'll need to ask about" are different claims.
A website can be an extra cost, here's how much
A standalone website on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or through a custom developer typically runs $1,000 to $10,000 or more to build, plus $10 to $20 a year for a domain and $50 to $300 a year for hosting, the same categories that show up in any other studio setup budget. WordPress builds usually add theme and plugin costs on top, plus a developer if you're not managing it yourself. None of that includes the studio software itself.
A platform that also charges for its own website adds a second, smaller bill. Walla's site costs $199 a month as an add-on, or $2,800 for a one-time build, on top of $199 to $599 a month per location for the software (see the full Walla vs. Mindbody breakdown). Vagaro's MySite is free to build but $20 a month once published, or $299 one time for Vagaro's team to build it. WellnessLiving's Presence website is a paid add-on on all four tiers, with an unpublished price, so budgeting for it means calling sales first.
Arketa's self-serve builder is only included with its Studio Suite plan, which is priced on request. Two platforms here don't add a separate website line item at all: OfferingTree includes a self-serve builder, hosting, and templates on every plan starting at $26 a month, and Mindbody includes a done-for-you site at every tier starting at $79 a month: free, but with Mindbody's team designing it rather than you.

Which Pilates software actually includes a website?
Same structure for all seven: website status and price, what's included or excluded, and who it fits.
OfferingTree
OfferingTree includes a website builder on every individual plan, starting at $26 a month for Essentials, billed annually, with no separate website subscription at any tier. That covers hosting, design templates, and unlimited pages, not a booking page bolted onto a template: studios build full sites, class schedules, pricing, staff bios, and blog content, all inside the same login used for booking and payments.
The builder also includes Sprout, an AI page assistant: describe a page in plain language and Sprout drafts it using the studio's existing brand colors, fonts, and content, pulling in live class schedules, packages, and booking buttons from the account instead of placeholder text. It's entirely optional, runs on a monthly credit system, and sits alongside the traditional drag-and-drop builder rather than replacing it, so a studio can use it for a whole site, a single page, or skip it altogether.

This fits studio owners who want one login for everything and don't want to build a site now only to rebuild it elsewhere in a year.
Loren Greenwood, who owns Cat Cow Pilates, built her site directly in OfferingTree with no design background: "It was surprisingly easy if you've never made a website before, to use all the template features and just pop it all in."'
The builder isn't mandatory, either. A studio that already has a site it likes can skip it and embed OfferingTree's scheduling, appointments, packages, memberships, events, and store into that existing site with a copy-pasted code snippet instead, managed from the same admin dashboard as everything else.

Mindbody
Mindbody now includes a website on every plan, starting at $79 a month per location for Starter, but it's a done-for-you build, not a self-serve one. Mindbody's team designs it from your logo, brand colors, and existing content, connects a free domain, and keeps staff and schedule changes synced automatically once it's live. Mindbody's own materials describe the process as "zero DIY," and the company says it can't offer full design freedom or a fully bespoke site: no animations, no video, and no page editor for you to open. Accelerate and Ultimate pricing is quote-only, so the real cost beyond Starter depends on a sales call.
The build itself moves fast: Mindbody says sites can go live in as little as 3 to 5 business days from intake, though the average is 2 to 3 weeks. You can't edit the site yourself once it's live, and while Mindbody's FAQ says edit requests are easy to submit, it describes ongoing changes as handled on a quarterly basis rather than on demand, so a copy fix or a new photo requested right after one round closes could sit until the next. Branded booking widgets are also available separately if you'd rather embed into a site you already have. Compare Mindbody's pricing to Momence's for a fuller breakdown.
This fits studios that want a website with zero setup work and are comfortable trading away design control for that, especially multi-location studios that also want Mindbody's consumer marketplace app, which surfaces studios to people actively searching for classes nearby.

Arketa
Arketa's self-serve website builder ships only with its top-tier Studio Suite plan. Pricing for Suite, along with the Studio Core and Studio Growth plans below it, is quote-only and no longer listed publicly; only the Individual plan keeps a public price, at $49 a month billed annually, and it doesn't include a website. At Suite, the builder comes alongside Arketa's CRM and on-demand video library; below it, there's no bundled website option, and Arketa's Individual plan also carries a 3% transaction fee on top of Stripe's own processing costs, which adds up as revenue grows. See the full Arketa vs. Mindbody pricing breakdown for how that compares.
This fits studios already committed to Arketa's Suite tier for its other features.

Momence
Momence doesn't include a website. It embeds a booking widget or an auto-generated booking page into a domain you already own, but you can't design the page yourself or control how it's hosted. Momence doesn’t publish its pricing. WellnessLiving's plans compared to Momence's covers what's known about both platforms' costs.
This fits studios that already have a website they're happy with and have no interest in rebuilding it just to switch booking platforms.

Walla
Walla doesn't include a website. Adding one costs $199 a month as an ongoing add-on, or $2,800 for a one-time build, on top of Walla's own software cost of $299 a month per location for Core or $599 for Pro. A single-location studio on Pro with a built website is looking at roughly $798 a month before staff accounts, texting, or a branded app enter the picture. Compare Walla's full pricing to WellnessLiving's for the rest of that breakdown.
This fits multi-location studios that have already budgeted for the website as its own line item, separate from the booking software.

WellnessLiving
WellnessLiving's website product, called Presence, is a paid add-on on all four tiers, from the $69-a-month Starter plan through the $349-a-month BusinessPro plan, and WellnessLiving doesn't publish what Presence actually costs. The WellnessLiving vs. Momence comparison covers the rest of what each tier includes, including why Business, at $199 a month, tends to be the realistic entry point rather than Starter.
This fits studios that want booking software first and are willing to get an add-on quote for the website once they know they're staying on the platform.

Vagaro
Vagaro's pricing page lists its website tool, MySite, as a bundled business feature with no visible cost, but their support documentation says it's free to build and then a separate $20-a-month subscription once published, or a one-time $299 fee for Vagaro's design team to build it for you. Vagaro's base software plan runs roughly $34 to $90 a month, per its comparison in OfferingTree's roundup of WellnessLiving alternatives.
This fits studios comfortable treating the website as a second, smaller bill on top of the base subscription.

Which one fits you?
Where you're starting from matters more than the cost.
If you don't have a website yet
OfferingTree or Mindbody solve this without adding a second system: OfferingTree if you want to build and control the site yourself, Mindbody if you'd rather have one built for you and can live with a quarterly edit cycle. Arketa also works, but only on its quote-only Studio Suite plan.
If you already have a site and just want booking software
WellnessLiving, Momence, and OfferingTree all embed into an existing site without asking you to rebuild it. OfferingTree is the only one of the three where a full builder is also there if you change your mind later.

If you're tired of multiple logins
OfferingTree consolidates booking, website, and basic email into one login, so a price change or a new class gets entered once instead of twice.

If you're multi-location and want marketplace exposure
Mindbody's consumer app is the one real discovery channel on this list, and its done-for-you website now comes bundled at every tier, so choosing it for the app doesn't mean going without a site.

What to ask on a demo call
These seven questions surface most of what a pricing page won't.
- Is the website builder included in my starting plan, or does it require an upgrade after I sign up?
- If it's an add-on, what's the exact monthly or one-time cost, and does it show up on my invoice separately?
- Can I use my own domain, or am I locked into a subdomain of the platform's site?
- If I already have a website, can I embed booking without paying for website pages I won't use?
- If I downgrade plans later, does the website stay live, or does it go down with the downgrade?
- Can I export my website content if I switch platforms later?
- If the platform builds the site for you rather than handing you an editor, how long does launch take, and how are ongoing change requests handled once it's live?
Real studios that tried Squarespace and WordPress first
McKenzie owns H Pilates Haus in Pueblo, Colorado, and had built a website once before on a different platform before finding OfferingTree. The bundled builder is what closed the decision: "This offered the website builder, which kind of hooked me, because I really wanted a website also." She'd also priced out Momence during her search: "Momence starts at a hundred, and then everything you want is added onto that. That's crazy."
Sara Villamil, who runs a yoga, movement, and meditation practice in Calgary, tried two of the three standalone builders by name before landing on OfferingTree. On WordPress: "It was not interactive, was not intuitive, was extremely hard to change... almost more like an online brochure than an actual interactive usable website." She tried Squarespace next, with a similar result: "Even with my understanding, I really couldn't figure out what I needed it to do... There was just something holding me back."
Frequently asked questions
How much do Pilates studio websites cost?
A standalone website typically costs $1,000 to $10,000 or more to build, plus $10 to $20 a year for a domain and $50 to $300 a year for hosting, all on top of your booking software. Some platforms charge for their own site instead: Walla’s costs $199 a month or $2,800 one-time, and Vagaro’s MySite is free to build but $20 a month once published (or $299 one-time for Vagaro to build it). Only two platforms here add no separate website charge: OfferingTree includes a self-serve builder on every plan from $26 a month, and Mindbody includes a done-for-you site from $79 a month.
If I already have a website, which Pilates software integrates without replacing it?
WellnessLiving, Momence, and OfferingTree can all embed booking into a site you already have, so you don’t have to rebuild it. Of the three, OfferingTree is the only one that also includes a full self-serve website builder, so you can switch to it later without changing platforms. OfferingTree embeds scheduling, appointments, packages, memberships, events, and the store with a copy-pasted code snippet, managed from the same admin dashboard.
Does Mindbody include a website?
Yes. Mindbody includes a website on every plan, starting at $79 a month per location, but it’s done-for-you rather than self-serve: Mindbody’s team builds it, and there’s no page editor for you to use afterward. Launch takes 3 to 5 business days at the fastest and 2 to 3 weeks on average, and changes after launch are handled on a quarterly basis rather than on demand.
Does Arketa include a website?
Only on its top-tier Studio Suite plan, which is priced on request. The $49-a-month Individual plan doesn’t include a website, and the Studio Core and Growth tiers have no bundled website either. A studio on a lower tier that wants one has to upgrade to Suite rather than buy an add-on.
What's the difference between a website builder and a booking widget?
A website builder lets you design and host full pages inside the software itself. Some platforms build it for you instead, which is faster to launch but limits how much you can change afterward. A booking widget is a snippet or embed you place into a website built and hosted somewhere else, so you're maintaining two separate systems.
Is Vagaro's website builder free?
It’s free to build, but MySite costs $20 a month once you publish it. Vagaro’s design team will build it for you for a one-time $299 instead. Budget for the base software plan on top of either option.
Can I switch platforms without losing my current website content?
Probably not automatically: most website builders don’t export or import between competitors, so plan to rebuild your pages rather than migrate them. Your client data is different. OfferingTree handles your migration for studio clients at no cost, whichever platform you’re switching from, and keeps supporting you through onboarding on your timeline. Most studios finish migrating within 2 to 3 weeks.
Is a bundled website builder good enough for a Pilates studio, or do I need a custom-built site?
For most single-location studios, a website builder with templates covers scheduling, class descriptions, and payments without a separate build. Studios with more complex design or content needs may still want a custom site layered on top.
Where this leaves you
Go back to those two bills. The gap between them, one for booking software and one for a website built somewhere else, is the exact thing a bundled platform is meant to close. Start building your Pilates studio's website with OfferingTree to see what that looks like without a second bill attached. If you're still deciding whether to keep a standalone site, see how OfferingTree compares as a Squarespace alternative first.
