Katie Nissley

Katie Nissley (she/her) is the Partnerships Coordinator at OfferingTree, where she builds the partner ecosystem that connects the platform to the wider wellness and fitness industry. She acts as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, supporting a portfolio of more than fifty strategic partners.

She has spent more than eight years in partnerships and community growth, and her work sits at the intersection of partner relationships, community engagement, and program strategy.

Her background is in the wellness and digital platform space, and she has hands-on experience as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and cycling instructor, alongside her work in the industry, which is why she tends to think about partnerships in terms of what practitioners actually get out of them. Katie works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to launch programs, improve the experience for the people using them, and strengthen engagement and retention, rather than treating a signed agreement as the finish line.

At OfferingTree that experience has meant bringing the platform into the industry bodies and communities where wellness professionals already are.

Her core skills run to agile project management, content creation, community engagement, health promotion, and leading positive change. She received a B.S. in Health & Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership & Learning from George Washington University and is based in Arlington, Virginia.
