A former website designer and web project manager, I've been teaching yoga since 2005. I started the Yoga Teacher Resource podcast in 2018 to provide the resources & support I wish I'd had as a newer teacher. During the day, I help yoga teachers with business strategy, coaching, and continuing education all centered around remembering WHY you started teaching in the first place. How much time do I need to commit?
1 hour a day for five days is the bare minimum we recommend. With this time you’ll be able to attend all the coaching sessions or watch the replays and learn what you need to be successful. We recommend that you spend more time working through what we are teaching and engaging with like minded peers in the challenge community so you can get the most out of the challenge.
Do I need to attend the coaching sessions live?
Although we recommend that you attend the sessions live so you can ask us your questions and participate, it’s not necessary. We’ll record all the coaching calls and you’ll be in a community forum where you can still ask questions to the coaches and your peers any time of the day that works for you!
What experience level do I need to be successful?
This challenge works for any experience or skill level! We will meet you were you are at and provide guidance and modifiers not matter where you are in your journey. Success is not perfection but progress towards your goals. In the first coaching session we’ll get clear on goals and work towards them the rest of the challenge.
What if I already have a website?
This challenge can still be really powerful for you. In the coaching sessions we are going to be covering concepts that apply to existing or new websites. Although we’ll be using the OfferingTree website builder in the examples, you can follow along with your existing website. Our promise is to get you closer to your goals throughout the challenge.
What can I reasonably expect to get out of this?
Progress and a functional, working website that supports your goals and your business. We’re going to repeat ourselves from the answer above, success is not perfection but progress towards your goals. In the first coaching session we’ll get clear on goals and work towards them the rest of the challenge.
How will I be supported through the bootcamp?
1. Group coaching sessions that are collaborative. Participation strongly encouraged to get the most out of it!
2. A community forum of peers who are also in the challenge. You’ll be interacting with them and cheering/supporting each other along the way to success.
3. Extra support from the coaches in the community forum answering questions and guiding you along the way.
Worksheets and homework along the way that will give you some guidance and structure to make progress. Don’t worry, it will be fun and we’re going to support you along the way.
